*Kakashi's design is based on Rise Kujikawa's, the also have similarities in their personality and looks.

So he was a pain in the ass. I HATE drawing that vest of his. I hate it. HATE HATE HATE FFFFFFFFF.

His shoulders up look amazing. Under his shoulders, bleh. I need to eat some skills...
